Director of Corporate, Planning and Strategy

Georgina Galletly has been the Director of Corporate, Planning & Strategy at the NWJCC since March 2025.

George works with the Committee, Chief Commissioner, and the Senior Leadership Team in shaping the governance, plans, and development of longer-term strategy for the NWJCC to be the 'Centre of Excellence for Collaborative Commissioning'.

George holds a master’s degree in law and an MBA and joined the NWJCC Team in July 2024, having and previously held various leadership roles in planning and governance working with Welsh Government, NHS Performance and Improvement (formerly the NHS Wales Executive), Cwm Taf Morgannwg Health Board, and Velindre NHS Trust.

George is passionate about continuous improvement and transformation and fosters an open, transparent culture to support effective engagement and collaboration.
