This service is accessible to people of all ages, ensuring timely support whenever you need it most.

The call is free from both landlines and mobile phones, even if you have no credit left. Available round the clock, every day of the year, NHS 111 Wales is dedicated to providing immediate mental health support.

Dashboard Overview

Our comprehensive dashboard includes:

  • Total Number of Records: A summary of all documented calls.
  • Demographic Summary: Insights into the age and gender distribution of callers.
  • Time and Date Summary: Analysis of call patterns by hour and day of the week.
  • Health Board Summary: Data from the 7 Local Health Boards in Wales.
  • Local Authority Summary: Statistics from the 22 Local Authorities in Wales.

Each summary displays the percentage share of the total number of records, reflecting the widespread use and reach of the service. A record represents a documented call on the Adastra system, ensuring accurate and comprehensive data for all users.
