Our commissioning portfolio encompasses a diverse range of specialised services tailored to meet the unique needs of patients:

Cancer and Blood Services: We prioritise access to comprehensive cancer and blood services, including diagnosis, treatment, and support services, to improve outcomes and enhance the quality of life for individuals affected by cancer and blood disorders.

Cardiac Services: We oversee the commissioning of cardiac services, including prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of cardiovascular conditions, to promote heart health and reduce the burden of heart disease in our communities.

Neurosciences: Our department coordinates neurosciences services, including diagnosis and treatment of neurological conditions, to support individuals with disorders affecting the brain, spinal cord, and nervous system.

Kidney Services: We ensure access to specialised kidney services, including renal replacement therapy and transplantation, to support individuals with kidney disease and improve their quality of life.

Women and Children Services: We prioritise access to comprehensive women's and children's services, including maternity care, paediatrics, and reproductive health services, to promote the health and well-being of women, infants, and children across Wales.
