Chief Commissioner (Interim)
Stacey is the Director of Finance and Information and the Interim Chief Commissioner at NWJCC. She joined in October 2023, coming from her previous roles with the Welsh Health Specialist Services and Emergency Ambulance Services Committees.
Stacey transitioned to these roles from the NHS Executive's Financial Planning and Delivery Directorate, a national body established in January 2018 to drive best practices in financial management, strategic financial intelligence, Value-Based Healthcare, and financial improvement throughout NHS Wales.
With over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, Stacey began her career in a small private practice. She has since held various roles across the economic sector, Welsh Government, and health sector. A qualified accountant, she is especially proud to have completed her qualifications through an apprenticeship and is a strong advocate for workplace learning.
Stacey enjoys working within national organisations, particularly in developing financial strategies that integrate evidence-based data analytics, data science, and finance.
Stacey lives on a farm in the South Wales Valleys with her husband and two daughters.
