Updates to Our Website
We’ve reorganised a few areas to make information easier to find. Our Structure is now located under the About Us section. We’ve also introduced a new Referrals and Requests area, which provides quicker access to In-Patient/Tier 4 services, IPFR and Blueteq.
Commissioning policies define the specialised services commissioned by NWJCC on behalf of the seven Welsh health boards and the criteria that must be met for Welsh patients to access the treatment.
Service specifications are important in clearly defining what the NWJCC expects to be in place for providers to offer evidence-based, safe and effective services and importantly, sets equitable access to services for Welsh patients.
Please Note: Some of these policies still carry branding and references to our predecessor organisation, Welsh Health Specialised Services Committee (WHSCC). As policies are reviewed and updated, these references are being revised to reflect the current NWJCC identity.
