In accordance with the Hosting Agreement (“the HA”) between CTMUHB (“Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board”) and the NWJCC, the NWJCC has adopted the CTMUHB Standards of Good Governance and Probity (in Public Roles) Policy. The purpose of this Policy is to set out the NWJCC’s commitment to ensuring that its Employees and Committee Members practice the highest standards of conduct and behaviour. This policy sets out those expectations and provides supporting guidance so that all employees and Independent Lay Members are supported in delivering that requirement.
To this end, the NWJCC maintains a Register of Declarations of Interests that acts as a formal record of interests declared by all Committee members. The register will include details of all Directorships and other relevant and material interests which have been declared by Committee Members.
The full register is held by the NWJCC Committee Secretary and is updated during the year, as appropriate, to record any new interests, or changes to the interests declared by Board members.
